2.3 Physical Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt in unused condition. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the client unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

3. Transfers and Cancellations

Advisory sessions may be rescheduled or transferred up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will incur a 50% fee.
